Description
BIO has partnered with two leading brokers, ABD Insurance & Financial Services (ABD), to offer its members special terms, preferred pricing and comprehensive coverage on group employee benefits insurance. This includes such health and welfare lines of insurance as medical, disability, life, dental, AD&D, prescription drug, vision, and travel accident. The program also offers voluntary/worksite benefits such as homeowner, auto, long-term care, and critical care insurances. The employee benefits programs are grounded in a full-service approach and include HR tools and support services, electronic/hard-copy employee communications and education, HR consulting, and employee assistance programs. Both brokers will work with biotech companies to assess their employee benefit needs and recommend the best, most cost-effective providers.
