Description
BIO has partnered with Elsevier Business Intelligence to provide discounts on Elsevier's suite of publications and databases. This includes Windhover publications IN VIVO, Start-Up, The RPM Report, and MedTech Insight - which provide superior analysis and commentary on health care business strategy, industry dealmaking, and marketplace trends. Windhover's Strategic Transactions database is the most comprehensive deals database in the life science industry.

Elsevier Business Intelligence also offers discounts on FDC Reports publications and the Inteleos drug database. FDC Reports publications such as "The Pink Sheet", "The Gray Sheet", PharmAsia News, and Pharmaceutical Approvals Monthly, among others, provide the latest regulatory, legislative, and business news affecting the U.S. drug, biotechnology, medical device, and nonprescription drug industries. Inteleos is an online business intelligence database, designed to help professionals track drug development activity from late-stage preclinical to launch and post-marketing studies. This comprehensive database, which is updated daily, covers 12,000+ drugs from 3,000+ companies.

"The BIO Business Solutions program is very valuable to a company, especially now. Everybody is looking to save money in any way they can, and some ways are, frankly, quite painful. This one is a method that is not painful at all - in fact, it is easy. We pretty much do what we've always done; we're just paying less money for the same things. It's a win-win." Matt Pfeffer, Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, MannKind Corporation
